52100 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during withdrawal processing or when suspicious activity is detected on your account.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 52100 support team.

User Responsibilities & Rules
Users of the 52100 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable regulations.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or exploiting any technical vulnerabilities in the system.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
- Registering false information, impersonating another individual, or deceiving the platform or other users.
- Engaging in any action that may compromise the integrity of games or betting outcomes.
- Transferring account funds to third parties through methods not authorised by the platform.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 52100 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the affected account during the course of the investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 52100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX (Malaysian internet banking) and supported e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source.
52100 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts not registered under the verified user's name. Attempts to deposit funds via unauthorised methods may result in transaction rejection and account review.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any rollover requirements associated with activated bonuses. Withdrawals will only be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to 24 hours on business days.
52100 reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold for identity verification purposes or to investigate suspicious activity. Users will be notified of any hold placed on their account via their registered email.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

52100 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or unintentional odds display errors. While the platform strives to maintain continuous service availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted access is given.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming involve financial risk, and the platform is not liable for any financial decisions made by users based on information available on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 52100 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of the platform. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or sell any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation.
Use of the 52100 brand name or logo for third-party marketing, disclaimers, or any other commercial purpose without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Account Suspension & Closure
52100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account for reasons including breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, or requests from relevant authorities. Users will be notified via their registered email, except in cases where advance notice may compromise an investigation.
Valid account balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is concluded, unless the balance is associated with activity suspected of breaching platform terms.

The 52100 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. The presence of such links does not imply that 52100 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites.
